It has an upper segment product portfolio in the most prestigious areas of Istanbul and Izmir. We made our first investment in Europe with our land in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. Our search for investment continues in Europe and America.

Tell us about your background, and how you came to found your company?
I studied international relations at the university. serving Turkey's most valuable brand, I worked as a manager in the advertising agencies. During this period, I had the opportunity to know many sectors. After this period, where I received many awards and learned a lot, I switched to the real estate sector. Turkey's leading real estate developers I manage the sales and marketing. I had the chance to make many firsts in the sector. I have had special success in building digital marketing and overseas sales networks. In my 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, Turkey, Europe, Asia and the Middle East markets I conducted over 20,000 residential sales.
What is most important to you and your organization – mission, vision, or core values? Why?
real estate is an important product in terms of both life and residence. We care about the happiness of both happy customers and our agents working with us in order to maintain its value in terms of investment. With our local and international agency network, we do not only sell our products to foreigners, but also follow all the opportunities in the world to make investments abroad
Can you explain briefly how your service(s)/product(s) works?
We develop real estate in Turkey and Europe, and they're doing the sales and marketing of our sales network in domestic and international markets for both investment and citizenshipWe develop real estate in Turkey and Europe. Our extensive network of agents both domestic and foreign investment in the market are doing sales and marketing for both citizenship
How has the industry been changing in recent years?
After the corona, the whole world has changed and affected the sectors. Sectors and companies that kept pace with this change survived with less damage, while many sectors and companies were seriously damaged. The houses have undergone a drastic change both architecturally and functionally as people have to live more in their homes due to restrictions. Our homes had to be designed more efficient in terms of life and in accordance with health criteria.
What makes you different from what’s currently available in the market?
As DAP Real Estate, we develop products and do sales marketing without being dependent on a single segment and a single market. Today, you can buy a product of DAP Real Estate online from many countries of the world and carry out all your processes with our expert sales teams. Thus, if there is a contraction in any market, we balance the situation with our strength in other markets.
What does the future hold for your company?
In the future, we will continue to be the region's leading brand in residential, office, hotel and shopping mall markets as a global brand that develops real estate in many European countries. At the same time, we will be able to serve investor and citizenship requests in all countries with our worldwide sales and marketing network.
